The history design team was composed of three university researchers and four
teacher-researchers.
The team worked together in exploring and suggesting
various approaches, and then moved to refining individual plans.
The
design initiatives that emerged employed a range of technologies that were currently being used
in history classrooms. These were evaluated in the context of
clearly identified learning objectives.
